System Architecture & Reliability Commitments

Glintbase operates a globally distributed edge infrastructure designed to provide low-latency access for both human developers and autonomous AI agents. All critical endpoints—including our Agent Readiness Scanner, Model Context Protocol (MCP) stream gateway, documentation indexes (/llms.txt), and machine discovery manifests (ard.json)—are served with active redundancy across multi-region edge clusters.

Our core platform targets a 99.9% Service Level Objective (SLO). Synthetic health probes continuously evaluate HTTP response codes, TTFB (time-to-first-byte), and payload schema integrity every 60 seconds from multiple geographic vantage points. In the event of degraded upstream performance or upstream API throttling, automated circuit breakers reroute traffic to cached, cryptographically signed replica snapshots to ensure zero interruption for continuous integration pipelines and coding agents executing in production.

Scheduled maintenance is performed during dedicated low-traffic maintenance windows and announced at least 72 hours in advance via our changelog and support channels. Any service disruptions are documented with full post-mortem root cause analyses (RCA) within 24 hours of incident resolution. For emergency escalation or dedicated enterprise status webhook subscriptions, contact our infrastructure operations team through the support portal.
